McCain and Palin do SNL

McCain and "Palin" do SNL
McCain's SNL cameo comes in the show's open as he stands side by side with Tina Fey as Sarah Palin, the two acting as QVC hosts.
"This past Wednesday Barack Obama purchased air time on three major networks," McCain said.  "We however can only afford QVC."
Quips Palin, grabbing ahold of one her suit lapel: "These campaigns sure are expensive."
The pair then offered items for sale, blank collectible plates from the McCain-Obama town halls that didn't happen, "Joe Action Figures" (including a Plumber and a Biden that could talk for45 minutes), some "McCain fine gold," which Cindy McCain appeared to wordlessly display and point to.
Eventually, Sarah Palin snuck off to the side and whispered to another camera, "Ok, listen up everybody, I'm going rogue right now so keep your voces down."
She held up a "Palin in 2012" shirt for sale.   "Just try and wait until after Tuesday to wear em, ok?"
Eventually, McCain called out: "What's going on over there, Sarah?"
"Oh, just talking about taxes," she replied.
Back together, McCain explained why he had been forced to go  on QVC.
"I'm a true maverick, a Republican without money."
Soon after,he offered the show's signature opener: "Live from New York, It's Saturday Night."
